I honestly have no self control or drive though, which I want to change.
Any help would be much appreciated.
1. (If you do) Stop watching porn
2. Healthy sleep schedual (at least 7 hours )
3. Take cold showers in the morning and at night (20-30 minutes) helps metabolism
4. Dont eat food 3 hours before you go to bed
5. dont cut junk completely but (partially) -cut at least half of it out
6. No soda
7. Coffee -drink it black
8. Either portion your meals or portion (small) snacks throughout the day.
9. Work out late morning and before you go to bed (will also help you sleep)
10. At least an hour or two of cardio each day and two of concentrated muscle workouts depending on what you want to focus on. Im more of an abbs and core person so i spend an hour everyday 8 variations concentrated on those. I opt for more reps/high frequency periods Then another hour but add weights or tweek them to add challenge. I do two hours or running/swimming all cardio in the morning and two hours of reps and concetrated muscle at night. Then cold shower then bed. Im not buff or anything because im casual about it dont need to impress rn.. lol but you can easily tweek your workouts this is just my daily routine..
What does porn have to do with becoming more fit and attractive?
@ScorpioMoonChick lol well it can make you less motivated, lazy, drowsy etc.. And if you have less energy your not going to commit like you otherwise would
Oh, okay. So, it's like settling? Like if your motivation was to find a boyfriend, but then porn has you like, " who needs a boyfriend when you have two hands and the Internet," right? Lmao
@ScorpioMoonChick 😂 Funny you say tht im currently removing myself from both. Its been a week.. lol im miserable. But its nice not to have that influence.. Wouldve gone gone with the boyfriend but he rejsected me.. So thats not really in my power anymore
Aww. I'm sorry... I haven't had a boyfriend since late May. I know how much that must suck.
Losing weight to get the opposite sex's attention can be a double edged sword, though.
@ScorpioMoonChick lol i take pride in myself for me. Not for anyone else. Thats how you attract empty people and fake freinds
That's good. :)
If you really wanna get hot then you have to be motivated. Working out consistently is hard and painful, but very rewarding. And the thing about being fit is you can't just work out for a while, get fit, and then stop and look the same. It's a lifestyle. You have to find self control and motivation or sorry but you're never gonna look the way to want.
And if you hate running and push ups "and shit" then it really sounds like there's a very long and hard road for you ahead if you wanna get fit... "fun" exercises that are pain free and ultimately hard work free aren't gonna get you fit, that's just how it is.
Yes true. I'm getting a lot of heat for saying I don't like running. I love going for walks, and riding my bike and swimming and dancing. I just suck at running. Yes maybe once I'm more fit I'll start to run more but for now I'd like to find fun alternatives to that.
Biking is good, so is swimming. But honestly running is so so so good, especially sprinting and stuff. But each to his own, just know that getting fit might take a lot longer if you want to stick to fun alternatives.
Make it fun.
https://zombiesrungame.com/
This is an interactive running application that uses your GPS to track how fast you are going. You take on the role of a supply running in the zombie apocalypse, there are branching storylines depending on how fast you are running. The sounds are in real time meaning that if you are running slow, you can actually hear the zombies getting closer and closer behind you. It's pretty good. Give it a try, see if it spices up your workouts.
Hot as hell.. hmm, an oven might do. It gets pretty hot in there.
Think of the bigger picture, take it as a test. You have a goal and, technically, nothing is stopping you from getting there. Now achieve your goal. Start working out regularly and fix your diet.
There's a ridiculous amount of alternatives opposed to running. 👍🏼
Well, the whole point of posting this was to get more advice and new ideas so I could be more successful in what I'm trying to do rather than keep on doing what I'm doing which obviously isn't benefiting me that well :)
You said there are "a ridiculous amount of alternatives" to running and yet you can't even name one. Sitting around doing nothing clearly won't benefit you, that's not a revelation.
I will repeat, then. Get into your running sneakers and get your cardio going. Without cardio you have no basis.
There are "a ridiculous amount" of people who have given up on losing weight because they, like you, hate running and believe they can avoid it somehow.

No, you don't have to run... but you do have to put in the time, effort, exercise, and maintain a healthy diet. If you aren't willing to do that, then it's not going to happen for you because every other alternative is unhealthy, dangerous, or will cause you to waste 5 months only to regain what you lose back.
Try out different exercise classes, hit up youtube for free workouts, ask your fit friends to workout or train you, try different sports, try swimming. It just all depends, but the key is to find something you like doing and then stick to it and work hard at it while maintaining a healthy diet free from junk and fast food.
There is no easy way out to getting in shape and losing weight. Sorry, people hate to hear that! But of course the only way to get results is to work hard in any aspect of life, that's it. However, for fun ways to do that you could take Zumba or other dance exercise classes, spinning can be fun, playing sports with friends or hiking, etc. Also, eat better. What has worked for me is a "lifestyle" change where you just make healthier decisions. White meat instead of red, nothing fried, no cream and whole grain when possible. Also, instead of chips or fries with a sandwich eat fruit. If you eat like this at least 75% of the time then don't worry about the times you don't, eat what you want otherwise. I always eat healthy breakfast and lunches and usually dinner. So, if every few days I go out to eat, I eat what I want because overall I am eating well. I also work out 4-5 days a week so I don't have to worry about that random unhealthier meal.
woohoo this is a good goal, stop eating at night time so stop the trips to the fridge past sunset, also i'm going to introduce you to the best workout ever (if you like dancing) it's kpop choreographies. weird? well it works for me, they range from easy to difficult and most of the songs come with dances. you can get upbeat pop songs all the way to cool hip hop dances. big cities are the best and i'm excited for you :D
I read that as how to get hot as hell in five minutes. I thought well you could always microwave yourself. But you can experiment with your hair and makeup, start working out, and try new fashion ideas.
If you hate running try yoga or just running for 3 minutes a day would make a difference. You don't have to be flexible I have awful flexibility but I do yoga regularly and it works.
Do you go to yoga classes or just do it at home?
I did some research and found doable yoga poses and I do it at home usually when I am home alone. I am trying to get used to doing yoga in front of people.
You can not change until you really deep down want to.
I use to have no self control or drive then i finally got to stage where i could not look at myself and be happy anymore, i was disgusted with how i looked.
Look at some pictures of urself that u really dislike, that should push you enough!
With no self control it's impossible, you'll have to improve that. The method that worked for me to lose weight was: eat just the necessary not to stay hungry and work out a lot daily. This way I think that there's a good chance for you to improve your body. There's no magic.
Drink only water.
Eat lots of veggies, but not the carby ones.
Cut out as many carbs as you can.
Eat smaller portions, especially in the evening.
Cut out all (or most) sugar
Get plenty of protein.
Work out for at least 30 minutes a day, but it's best to do more.
Any chance you have to do a little physical activity--take it. Instead of elevator, use the stairs. Etc.
And lastly always practice self love and body confidence every day. Do chants or stare at yourself naked, anything that helps you boost your confidence because confidence is always attractive on anybody.
Also, for funner work outs you can always try dancing. You can look up videos or buy dvds. And yoga is okay too, but it doesn't burn quite as many calories.
yoga. Search vinyasa flows and run through three times a day. Also try spinning at your local gym. I lost 15 pounds in a month sweating my ass off with a bunch of hot chicks a few times a week. Make sure you eat fish three times a week, and avoid red meat (to an extent), supplement lots of sourdough and asparagus, beets.
>Fit body
>Fun Workouts
Choose one.
Honestly, you might as well just quit while you're behind. Fitness is meant to be a lifestyle change, not something you do for a short duration to get 'hot' and then fall off later on in life. If your fat ass can manage, try to eat less and eat healthier, but I'm sure you won't even stick to that.
How can being fit not be fun? You're a jerk ahah I'm sure you're not very hot yourself. Did I ever say I was fat? No. I have a bit of a tummy and I want to get rid of it and tone up. I asked for advice, not to be put down. Thanks!
Now if you put the same effort into wanting to change that you do in being offended you'd be slim by now.
How to get hot as he'll jump in fire helps but no really you can't rush thigs like this.
But...
Step 1 get to 18 % body fat
Step 2 eat a healthy diet 90%clean 10% crap.
Step 3 haircut
Step 4 Straight Back
Step 5 teeth clean /body
Step 6 clothes
Step 7 builed same muscle however this one can't be done in 5 months. But you problem builed some in that time , you siad your chubby so you probably should get to 18% body fat first.
Swimming is a great alternative to running. Its a really good cardio workout and you don't get over heated like you do when you run. Also, martial arts is another fun way to get into shape.
you can't. it's genetic. you said it yourself. you have no self control. it's out of your control...
that's pathetic. there's no magic to it. you just have to do it
If you hate running what about swimming? Also diet. Eat healthy. Lots of vegetables make sure you get your vitamins etc.
how fit are you? do you have a basic level of fitness or total beginner?
Start eating healthy (no, sugar free drinks aren't healthy. A bit of sugar Is way better for you then a bunch of chemicals.)
Meaning, organic foods. Whole milk.
And start working out. Run, swim, etc.
Good luck :)
I got one.
Go for heavy sex. It's best calorie burner. 1 time of sex of 15 minutes burn the calories of 1 hour walking.
Another thing is, swimming
Dancing
Cycling
Yoga
Apply a liberal amount of petrol all over yourself. Ignite flame.
Voila, hotter than hell in 5 seconds.
Walk. A lot. When you go to the store, walk. Or school, or work.
diet, exercise, cut out carbs, no white breads or pasta. elminate sugar
Work hard but not like this
