It's okay to want to lose weight, but it's important to do it in a healthy way. You're showing very real signs of an eating disorder, and the place you're in is dangerously unhealthy and very scary. If you don't seek treatment you could hurt yourself very seriously. Don't put off asking for help just because you still want to lose more weight; seeking treatment doesn't mean you can't still choose to lose weight in a healthy way if you want to. If you wait to ask for help, the best case scenario is that eventually your mom will notice that you're growing unhealthy and will seek treatment for you; the worst case scenario is that you will hurt yourself badly enough that it threatens your life. Please tell your mom what's going on and ask her to help you seek treatment.

I have been there, its an awful obsession and you need to get through this with help. 500 calories is NOT enough. Please increase to at least 1000 immediately

Yes you need to tell your mom and you need to stop that unhealthy behaviour today. It's an eating disorder or it will develop into one soon. Start eating healthy and exercise. Cutting calories to 500 everyday is really not good for your body and will, just like you experienced, make you likely to start binging. You need to nip it in the bud before it's too late, if it isn't already.
