No, it makes you dumb because you could become sick from dehydration.
Hmm what the jocks do is more useful in real life though, muscles can be used to lift things, make you more attractive overall etc.
Walking out in the sun for 2 hours without food or (especially) water sounds... silly?
That is weird to compare because everyone has the choice to work out at the gym and all and u just prefer the outdoor type, doesn't make anyone any tougher
