Guys, girls? Any idea on good workouts for a thick butt?

So I have been doing squats leg lifts and some other excersises that I thought would tone and thicken my butt but it seems like it's not working or it's taking forever to see a result. Any ideas on how to get a thick more firm butt with faster results
