Yes, my lifestyle is ultra healthy. I couldn't do it any other way. I'm up at 7, I do 30 minutes of morning cardio on the stepmill, I eat very clean, I lift weights, I don't drink, smoke or do drugs, I do martial arts 4 days a week, and I practice flexibility through active mobility training. And, I'm in bed by 10:30 every night, which is important for HGH release and proper healing in an active lifestyle. It's a lot, but the results are sooo worth it.

Oh yeah, very healthy. I play football (soccer) 3 days a week, although I'm not playing matches anymore for the moment so it's less intensive. I eat a lot of every but junk food and sugar. Just drink water and go to the gym 2 times a week. And never drink alcohol, fukz up gainz.

Try to, but pizza and chicken wings are really good. but other than that I have a balanced, but to eat my vegetables I have to blend them up in a fruit smoothie to hide the taste. But brother has another approach, and he said he hasn't eaten a carrot in 3 years. So yeah...

I live an active lifestyle, I eat healthy, and workout, jog, take risks, try new things all the time, and im very optomistic. I can be an asshole though, something im trying to work on. and holy fuck, you look almost black girl! stay inside for a couple months. lol.
Very much so. I'm a powerful kung fu master. I do lots of meditation and qigong! I eat as healthily as possible. I try and look after my emotional health. I try and refine my lifestyle. But it's an uphill battle. I dug a rather large hole for myself!
