I'm 18 and 103lbs, and since my doctor thinks that I'm underweight, my mom has been pretty nich trying to shove food down my throat that I don't want. I've been eating fruit and vegetables for months now and cut out all processed foods. I've been extremely stressed out and am now in summer school as a result, since I hmfailed one of my exams. This morning, I had a green juice with a cup of spinach, one kale leaf, a cup of strawberries and one banana with chia seeds. She made me a scrambled egg, and I ate half of it, and right after about 10 raspberries. She then made me eat some instant oatmeal with 2% milk and a cup of coffee. I haven't pooped in two days since I'm pretty stressed out from everything and I just don't feel good. I feel like I need to work out right now because I just feel gross, but since I don't feel good and have class from 11:30-2, I can't. Will I gain any weight from this?
Do not focuss on weight. The only thing that counts is muscle versus fat. If you gain weight but its muscle, its healthy. An egg will not make you fat because its protein and you need them to build muscle. Don't cut carbs. Its useless. Main thing is that the intake of calories balances the amount you need daily. If you don't eat enough carbs and don't have a fat reserve, you will burn muscle. That will make you weaker instead of healthier.
