Not eating but feel fine, is it OK then?

Despite being obese I dont eat very much at all and what I do eat is OK (improvements could be made but my trainer is happy). My trainer wishes I would eat more but I just can't eat as much as he wants me to.
I haven't had any solid food for 3 days now. The first 2 days it wasn't intentional, I just didn't eat. I just kind of forgot. The last day I have thought maybe I should but nothing appeals and Im simply not hungry.
Within the last 2 days I have run 10km each day on the treadmill and Im still not hungry. Usually a workout does the trick. Not this time.
I have been having water, green tea with ginger and lemon, and 4 protein shakes (over the last 3 days). Thats it.
I admit the last 3 days I have been going through a little heartbreak but that doesn't usually cause me to stop all together.
I assume this isn't a good thing. That I should force something in. But I feel fine. Im not slowing down nor sleeping more. Nothing noticeable anyway.

Do you think Im OK or should force feed until Im back into routine of getting hungry again? Maybe Im OK until day 5 or something like this?
