anymore general tips? I'm so puzzled on how people still struggle or why we need billions of articles on this subject.
Main problems is people don't count their calories or assume they excercise more than they actually do. Also the if it fits your macros mentality isn't a good idea sure you could eat nothing but pop tarts and eat less calories but are you going to be losing pure fat or lean muscle you need to calculate your macros for best results then have meals that you like and stick to along with a good workout routing sure you can boil it down to two things but you have to eat the right calories and do the best excercise and if you just tell someone that they'll look at you funny you have to go in depth and understand nutrition and exercise to reach the goals they want to.
but honestly I feel most people don't care about losing muscle. They just want to stop having a 37 inch waist. Of course you have to tweak it if you want to get lean.
yeah I imagine most don't so they go on a retarded fad diet lose all that weight still look like a mushy lump and then go off the diet binge like shit because they hate the food and it's unsustainable and stop exercising cos goal accomplished. Honestly I feel it is fairly complicated to do it right and most people really don't give a shit to research. And most people want to look lean as well.
So many people just don't count calories. Don't exercise correctly. Don't research on the internet.
