Hey, so I kinda have that whole lift my arm up, and there's the lovely dangling fat hanging about. I don't have problems anywhere else, I'm healthy I do lots of sport - volleyball in fact. I have legs that are practically rock solid, and my stomach is in fairly good shape. My arms are strong, but the fat just seems to hang. I'm trying to work out how to lose it for our social in 2 months, because I'm planning on wearing a strappy dress without sleeves. help?
Well different people deposit fat in different areas of their bodies. I have a very flat stomach but big arms so I'm in the same boat you are.
I have thought about the sweat bands...you know the bands that you wrap around certain areas of your body to "sweat off" the fat? Maybe look into that.
Otherwise, in relation to my first statement, work on burning more calories per day than you take in.
