I use to do a standing up workout probably 15 minutes a day with weights. I did that for a couple months back in the spring but didn't see or feel much result.
Then i switched to a 5 minute floor work out that are suppose to target your abs. Still wasn't feeling or seeing a difference.
Yesterday i tried a new 5 minute buzzfeed workout. That was advertise as an hour at the gym. And i am soo soore today. Which i guess is suppose to be good but... im worried because i feel it in my thighs. Not an area im concerned with. My legs are probably my best feature.
So does anyone have a quick and affective workout routine suggestion. Or other things they want to share on the topic?
Food wise im having trouble cutting calories but eat pretty healthy. And i walk at least 30 minutes a day if not more.
