I went to a party last night and although I didn't drink any alcohol (I didn't eat, either--ate an hour before I arrived), most of the guests did have something to drink (mainly Vodka, beer.. those drinks). I remember feeling a little bit of a buzz for a few minutes, but that usually happens when I'm happy or excited. Now I'm in my bathroom, vomited everything that I ate and more, and am shaking/dehydrated. I looked up the symptoms and found a hangover as a result... but I didn't drink? All that I had was a bottle of water that I brought with me there, and I never left it or anything. I heard that someone can get intoxicated by inhaling alcohol, but I don't know if that's a myth or not. Note that other than a sip or two of red wine, I've never had a drink before in my life.
Yes, you can, but then you really have to inhale just above the glass or the bottle. You will not get drunk if people are just holding their glasses. And it certainly will not happen with beer, wine or cocktails, only with pure alcohol.

I don't think you can inhale alcohol unless you evaporate it first, so maybe you just have food poisoning.
