Back pain after listening to height Subliminals?

Ok so I'm 5ft1 and 20 years old. I'm desperate to be taller and trying this height subliminal. The moment I first listened to it I started to get back pain. I've NEVER had any aches or pains in any previous subliminals.

I've also started to do some stretching. And I listen to this subliminal everyday. The back pain is in my upper spine. Does this mean it's working? I've done this for about 2 weeks now. I know we only typically grow 1-3cm in a month. So I wouldn't show any progress yet anyway.

I think the back pain would be more related to the stretches than the subliminals, it's pretty common to get pain when you start doing a new kind of exercise, and you might be over-exerting yourself without realizing it. Also I think 5'1" is a perfectly fine height, try not to feel discouraged if you don't grow much taller.

This was before I started the exercises. Also other people who listened to the subliminal complained about the same type of ache. I'm hoping thats a sign that it's dong something but the first time I got this ache was also my first time listening.

You do know that subliminals have been proven to be complete garbage, right? Even if they werent, only your genetics and proper diet affect your height.

Well as a kid I was the third tallest in my class. And I stopped growing at a reasonably early age including my foot size while everyone else continued to grow a little taller so I became short.

There's nothing wrong with it its just I only became the 'short girl' recently rather than my whole life and it's become an insecurity for me since I've not always been that way and was happy before.

Not everything I do is for guys. It's not that I'm trying to be all 'strong independent woman here' like guys have helped me with getting over hating on my big boobs and other tiny insecurities but this I'm not looking for acceptance on my height like I was with the other insecurities.

I'm pretty solid on this and it's a personal thing that I really would like to change.
