Any tips for what to do/drink when your sick?

P.S. my nose is stuffed up its that type of sick

I'm a guy and this is what I do. Find a good antihistamine and take it according to the instructions on the package. Antihistamine shrinks the swollen membranes of your nose and sinus cavities so the congestion can be blown out more easily. If you don't have a temperature, the antihistamine should work. But ask your pharmacist what is best to use for your situation.

When I'm sick and have a viral infection in my digestive system, I sip ginger ale over chipped ice. Sip slowly, because your stomach may not want to take in any large amount of liquid at a time. Over several hours you should see your stomach settling down and you should begin to feel better. But if the viral infection persists, see your doctor for prescription medication.

When I get sick I try to sweat it out. I usually will go for a good long jog/run or I'll wear a lot of layers to sleep in at night and keep the heavy blankets on me all night so I can sweat while I sleep. I don't know how it works maybe when you sweat it flushes it out of your system.

I don't know if you like spicy food or not, but that will clear it right up haha. Other wise, try to eat/drink things with lots of vitamin C to build your immune system, such as citrus fruits. Grapefruit, oranges, etc... Hope you get well soon!

sudafed (idk if I spelled that right) it does wonders for stuffy noses but itll keep you up all night so don't take it too late

find a nightime sinus/cold med and take it as directed at night. it should have a antihistamine, nasal decongestant, and possibly acetominaphen. benadryl usually has a good one as well as sudafed p.e. nighttime. during the day, use a nasal irrigator that flushes out your sinuses. not a nose spray or saline spray but more like a neti pot. do this everyday until it is better. continue nasal irrigation daily if you have chronic allergies.

Drink lots of water. Get a lot of rest. Take a decongestant like Mucinex or Benadryl.
