I am 35, mother of two. I never had belly fat, even after having kids, but the past couple years I gained some weight. I have always been small, around 110 lbs. Last year, I got up to 158 lbs. I'm 5'4" by the way. Okay so now I have lost weight, back down to 124, back in a size 4 jeans. I have this left over belly flab now that makes me sick. I joined a gym last week and I was just wondering, does anybody know, can you lose the left over belly flab and tone up from working out? Or am I stuck like this?
