Damn u do taekwondo? I loove it!
*start by doing "knee pushups" in perfect form and after you could do a sensible amount switch to the normal pushups.
* Do everything in the perfect form. Quality is important than quantity
* after that you do knee knuckle pushup and then normal knuckle pushups. Cover your knuckles by a cloth or glouse or whatever or it'll turn black. ( i think it turn black anyway ) the perfect knuckle pushups is done only using first two knuckles but you can start by using the whole fist.
I think the first two knuckles is for offense and the other two for defense. Small knuckles are ususally strong so if you really need to have good punches its first two knuckles you should work on...

Practice with military style push ups. use your knees if you need it. You can find technique for military style on youtube. This willl work your shoulders which you NEED to help with fist push ups. Work until you can do 20 unbroken knee push ups. Then move on until you can do 20 military push ups unbroken. Then finally move onto fist pushups. I used this strategy and now I can do 65 unbroken. Try everyday a few times. Don't feel defeated if it takes a bit. but you should see results after just a week. You will definitely be strong enough after a month
Do them on your knees. It a lot easier that way. Do as many normal ones as you can and then put your knees down and to a few more. After a while you will get better at it.
Omgg ikr!!! I can't do a pushup lololl Maybe like try to gain arm muscle but keep the rest pf ur body light

Get a firm grip of the normal push-up. Then move on to doing push-up with a dumbbell in each hand (or using those push-up handles). From there, you can ease your way into the fist version, perhaps with something under the knuckles if it is too painful.
Additionally, you can do forearm exercises. Place your forearm (s) on a table or another surface. With some kind of resistance (elastic band or dumbbell) in your hand (s), flex your wrists to bring the hands towards the sky with the forearms still on the surface. Do this both with the palm-side and the back of your hand facing upwards.Try to do push ups where your hands align directly under your shoulders when your arms are straight. Not the out wide ones like in the picture, and not the diamond ones either. The ones with your hands directly under your shoulders will help arm strength the most.
If you can't do them at first, get in a plank position, but don't lock your elbows, just hold yourself there with your arm strength for as long as you can. Do that a few times with a 3 minute break in between each try.
Do that 3 days per week/every other day for a while until you can eventually do the push ups. First set have arms nearly fully extended, second a little less extended, third have them only half way extended.Fist push ups are tough on your skin but they feel more natural than regular push ups and they will make your fist, wrist, and knuckles a lot stronger whereas normal push ups will actually hurt your wrists. For me personally i love doing fist/knuckle push ups more
You could buy a pair of those pushups handle things. The you could get used to the position of the fist ones.
To help build up your arms with less weight do them on a stairway while standing at the bottom of it. Lean forward facing the steps going up and do push-ups. You can do five or ten every time you have to go up the steps and it will get you on your way to handling more regular pushups.you rock girl keep at it. take boxing and wrestling classes as well. the variety will amaze you and make you well rounded
Lifting won't help much cause most people who can't do it is cause of weak fist. Use conditioning techniques for your fist. 🤔
are you starting off doing them on your knees?
Just keep doing it and it will get easier.
