I have been wrestling for most of my youth, and I've kept healthy until about 6 months ago (I randomly fell off the wagon)..
About 6 months ago I started to have a trend of bad dieting, drinking got heavier, and just last year I got diagnosed with IBS...
just a month ago I got blood work done because I may have a possibility of Crohn's Disease. The doc called me yesterday and told me I have a slightly low white blood cell count.
What worries me is the pattern I've had lately...poor eating (went from 6 meals a day to roughly 2 AT MOST...not to mention sleeping for over 8 hours a day).
I weighed myself last week and I weighed 148 lbs! As opposed to my natural 155 - 160 ish lbs. I weighed 5 months.
Anybody have an EDUCATED and LOGICAL reason? I don't think I'm anemic btw...idk. SUGGESTIONS?!
