GUYS: Would you give a pretty girl a chance, even if you like her friend?

So here's the problem: I like a guy who showed interest in my friend (she has no interest in him + she has a boyfriend). People say I'm pretty, but I don't know if he would like my body (I'm not overweight, normal size).

My friend is a flirt, she flirts with everyone, is innocent looking and she looks friendly.

Me: I'm very communicative when someone starts talking with me and actually keeps conversation alive. But many people think I don't like talking or that I'm hard to talk with,...

So the question: Guys would you give a girl like me a chance even if you think my friend is more attractive?

If you don't want your friend to "steal" all your chances...then don't hang around her. It's that simple.

If you're not around her, then guys won't compare you to her. And besides, if she already has a boyfriend, she's off limits to the guys you meet.

Would a guy give you a chance? It depends on your personality and looks. You can eliminate your friend's "hotness" compared to yours by simply staying away from her when you're around a guy you're interested in.

Would I give you a chance? If I were single, it depends on your looks at first glance. If you pass that, then it's up to your personality.

Assuming you want to get a boyfriend, you have to learn to spend some time away from her for YOURSELF. You said she's -one- of your best friends. Go hang out with another one that's not as attractive then. You don't need to be with her 24/7.

If you can't separate from her, the only advice I can give you is to be more upfront when you meet guys together. She may have the looks (which you can't beat), but you can have the personality.

Can't outdo her looks? Outdo her personality.

yeah of course but many guys get focues soley on one girl and her alone so they do not notice signs from other girls at all. if your friend flirts with this boy and has not told him she has a boyfriend of course he is going to be interested still.

A chance, sure. Why not? I mean, if she's interested in me and I have some interest in her. I don't date casually though so I dunno. I'd definitely want to get to know her more and at least friends and if stuff happens later, awesome.
