Any suggestions.. I have tried Nutrisystem faithfully for the last 30 days and didn't lose a pound! :-( I even exercised at least 3 times a week.. Didn't have junk food, coke, or anything else.. Any suggestions, hints... Please!
You can try Weight Watchers. My mother lost about 35 pounds in about 4.5-6 months. She started out on the program, then quit after a month or two because she knew what she had to do after that. Also, a friend of mine also started Weight Watchers this week and has already lost about 3 pounds. As long as you eat right and exercise, you burn off those pesky pounds.

I would suggest that on days, where you don't work out, you go for a short half an hour run, before you go to work/school
Other than that, only things you'll probably already know - lots of fruits and veggies, lots of water, use the stairs more often, mix weight training with cardio...
