Will he really leave me if I do drugs?

I used to do drugs very heavily ever since grade 7. I've done pretty much the common known things like weed shrooms acid ecstasy coke prescription drugs and so forth.

My boyfriend knows this and he said if I ever did another drug he would leave me and wouldn't be able to be there for me.

All my friends try and say that its a dumb reason to stop but I need to for him. How to I reasure him I won't do any and than tell myself I don't need too. I grew up in the best household so I don't know why I turned out like this :(

Yea sorry, I kinda agree with him on this one, Doing drugs like that is dangerous to your health, I have did weed here and there before, but nothing else. Doing other drugs like that can have long term effects on your health and to be there and know that is coming down the road and your keeping it up is too much to handle. I'm sure he loves you to death but be honest, would you date your boyfriend if he keeps hurting his body? just think about it a little harder before you make a decision , see into the future and choose which path would make you a happier person.

I know what you're feeling. I had the best parents too and I'm pretty hopelessly addicted to painkillers. I'm also extremely intelligent and high functioning and no one can tell even though I take a massive dose of them every day. Frankly life is pointless without them, for me.

It's not a matter of convincing your boyfriend. It's a matter of deciding what your priorities are. Are you really done or not? You know the answer to this and no one else does. Good luck.

i really hope you can find a reason to stop doing them. I know it's a hard thing to do and think about doing. but if I can do it I know you can (: I've always wanted to stop doing drugs, I just always were with guys who did them and we would hang out and do drugs. but this one is different in a way that he shows he cares in a way of making it clear that I need to be better.

There are people who care for you and want the best for you in life. Your friends are slowly killing themselves and taking you with them. Do you think it is time to move on from your group of friends?

stop doing drugs, not just so he won't leave you, but for your own good. nothing good comes out from doing drugs. please stop.
