How do you deal with acne? what should you do if you have acne?

Seeing a proper dermatologist is very important. I know your problem. I have had very serious acne since I was 7. I went to different doctors and tried different medicaments all sorts of stuff, I've been on diets but nothing really worked permanently. But what I'm on right now is working like a mircale I can't believe it's possible to clear my skin like that. Interestingly enough the answer is as simple as hell. Antibiotics! Plus ofcourse some washing gels and creams for night and day. My whole list is 2 washing gels, two face creams one for night one for day, one body lotion and one corrector just for pomples. But the main thing is antibiotics. I had shots of antibiotics for 10 days straight and now I just have to take a pill a day. But for the first time ever something really working. Just see a proper dermatologist and always wash you face at least twice a day. :)

get any type of oil out of your face buy a face wash soap that had like that sand texture to it. it helps all and just wash your face daily and if that don't help get proactive or stuff I never had acne problem but I'm just helping you out!

Acne can also come from your diet. Stay away from dairy. No milk and cheese.

Eat greens! it helps.

Its part of growing up so you will out grow it.

I did use proactive when I was younger but I did not work for me. I really think its just genetics and you have to out grow it.
