I wouldn't try to lose too twenty pounds or twenty five. That is wayy too much. You should at least be 100 pounds for you height. Any thing under that is underweight and you may hurt yourself doing that.

Yes that is too skinny. I would say maybe 5 pounds, but not to the point where you are under 100 ounds. 105-110 should be the lowest at 5'2
If you're 5'2" tall, you should work toward your ideal body weight of 12 pounds. This will allow virtually any man you date to carry you under his arm with ease.

116lbs Is equivalent to 8.2stone. Don't try to loose 20-25 pounds.
