+1 ySounds great! Try not to work the same areas with resistance/weights two days in a row. The improvements come when the micro tears in the muscles heal up and rebuild better than before, so that "rest" is essential. Maybe divide body into three zones, do each zone 2x a week, 3 days apart. Could add a bit of interval training in the cardio, too. Would like to see pics of your progress.

Anonymous(25-29)+1 yI respect it a lot. I try to be fit even if I don’t work out every day or as much as I should it’s always admirable when a woman works out a lot and takes time to be healthy. Exercise isn’t just important for physical health but mental health too so a woman that works out a lot will probably have less anxiety, insecurities etc.
I also feel like a woman who is really into fitness will also push me to be more fit as well. It really doesn’t intimidate me at all I like to be challenged.
I also like being competitive with my partner by wrestling etc. so it’s great!28 Reply
Asker+1 yThat's awesome!! That's what I wanted to know exactly, cause I come from a traditional background and here women who are into fitness are looked upon as "oh she is trying to grow muscles" they think of it as masculine thing to go to the gym. So I wanted to know whether other men think similarly. Glad to know they don't 😊😊
Opinion Owner+1 yIt definitely depends on the man and culture. Personally as long as the woman still looks like a woman it’s a great thing and it doesn’t intimidate me in the slightest. We think it’s hot tbh (There is a reason so many men like to watch women in the olympics) 😝
I always try to be around women that challenge me to be my best and encourage healthy habits.
Personally I think fitness is for everyone how much muscle each person gains is dependent on body type but 90% of women will never be bulky or stronger than me even if they work out often.
What country?
Asker+1 yAppreciate your insighful answer 🙏
Asker+1 yIndia, what bout you?
Asker+1 yAlso fat aunties here telling me not to get to lean, apparently it is not good for a woman. It's annoying.
Opinion Owner+1 yI’m in USA Even though we have an obesity problem fitness for women isn’t really stigmatized here at all. In fact it’s seen as a very good thing in American society to be a fit women. In America the fit women are often looked up to as role models tbh and most people really nothing of seeing women at the gym. So many female fitness influencers and celebs in America
Opinion Owner+1 yPlus in America every school and college has women sports teams that often times push their women very hard sometimes even more so than the men.
Asker+1 yWow that's awesome. When it comes to general fitness, gyms here are mostly a male dominated area. There ARE women though but their numbers are quite less in comparison. Here yoga is a huge thing. People doing yoga and Pranayam are quitely admired. I am not into yoga or anything, I just love lifting weights. Hopefully we will see the numbers of women rising in the coming years.

My opinion on this is that you are awesome, you are going to look better and feel better and be healthier for it. People who take care of their bodies are smart - and I admire the dedication. I do the same. You only get one body, you need it to last a long time, take care of it. Keep going! Its feels great to look good, but really the true benefits are for your health and ability to enjoy life for many years.

Asker+1 ySo true!
Should be fine, altho some guys might be intimidated. Also, one good thing about girls is that they're soft.. But as long as you aren't like muscly I imagine it's fine.
If you're more feminine in some other areas, the gap could be a real charm point actually.11 Reply
Asker+1 yYa I am naturally on the softer side but ever since I started working out my muscles have become hard. But due to the cardio they are not too hard. I am lean but I am curvy at the same time. If you get what I mean
+1 yShe is looking super attractive wearing her tight leggings and sport bra. I am definitely loving the view of a woman going to the gym, but I definitely don't want really big bodybuilder kinda women. But small muscular women who still has her feminine physic is a huge turn on.
Asker+1 yYes exactly like that.
I think that it is important for a female to stay fit. Its hot. It's sexy. It will keep you happy. Just embrace your hotness that the exercise does for your body. K, keep fit and have fun!

+1 yWho doesn't like son general fitness in their partner. As long as she doesn't look too manly, it's fine by me
12 Reply
Asker+1 yWhat do you by too manly? As in big biceps?
- +1 y
Yeah big biceps and triceps. .
Anonymous(30-35)+1 yI love it when women quit believing the myth that they will bulk like a she-hulk if she lifts more than 10 lbs. My girlfriend looks like she has never lifted a day in her life yet she can lift as much as or more than me, depending on the exercise. Ladies, weights will NOT make you look like a man. You need A LOT of testosterone for that to happen. If anything, weight training will get you the lean look you crave. The "lean" appearance on a female is actually muscle definition.

+1 yMy wife works out a lot and runs marathons. I'm good with it as long as she doesn't start looking "hard". I like feminine softness. Too much definition on woman is a turn off for me.

Asker+1 yWow awesome tti hear that, but women to get slightly hard if they do weight training.

+1 yIt's not nearly important to any guy as it is to you.
The NUMBER ONE thing any guy looks for is YOUR level of attraction and desire for HIM. What you do, where you work, what you like, even your hair or your tits pales in comparison. For without that nothing is going anywhere fast.01 Reply
Asker+1 yOhh!! I got it
+1 yas long as u don’t work off your boobs and butt, i’m all for a girl that’s in good shape. girls that want to be fit just tend to overdo with wanting results too quickly and all they do is lose their curves
14 Reply
Asker+1 yYa that's a little turn off I agree. But what about losing a slight boob size? Does it matter?
- +1 y
how slight? lol
Asker+1 yOne cup size down. For eg from D to C
- +1 y
lol ur good 😂 u should follow me on here
+1 yI think that it's great. It's my kind of woman. Unfortunately I haven't seen that many of them in my country.

I find it very attractive when a woman‘s nice and toned… the only problem is I might feel guilty and have to start working out too 😂

Asker+1 y😂you better start working out
+1 yIt is good to take care of your body, no doubt about that. It gives you motivation to start working out too in order to catch up with her.

Definitely that. But id say natural body builder physique as well.
Asker+1 yOh okay, I better be careful then 😄
+1 yI think it's great, especislly if you're doing both, as balance is key.

Asker+1 yBut women tend to get firm when they workout, not extremely muscular, but firm triceps, and glutes.. is that a turn off?
+1 yI'm super into fitness and been eating healthy everyday for the past 10 years so of course I find that awesome. Wish more people in general would do the same. Only live once so we should take care of our bodies.

+1 yHahahaha. Women can't get "bulky" without steroids. Lucky if a man can. Workout to your hearts content babe. Much Love!

Asker+1 yBut is working out at the gym, a masculine thing in your opinion?
- +1 y
Not at all. It's a turn on when a girl works out for 90 to 95 percent of men I'd say.

+1 yIt's nice. Until she doesn't have six-pack or visible muscles and it's because to stay fit as you said, then it's very attractive.

Asker+1 yBut isn't slight definition in the muscles attractive?
- +1 y
It depends on the person of course. Maybe for majority of men yes. But not for me. And of course there is a minority of men who finds big muscles on woman attractive.
Asker+1 yThen I need to do cardio more I guess, just to conuteract the muscles
- +1 y
As I said, every human is different. So every guy finds something different attractive on a girl. And for me, muscles are not attractive. But it's pretty possible that more guys would think that some amount of muscles just you have is ideal. I am sure that you are beautiful so don't make decisions just because some people write their opinions. So if you are happy with your body, stay as you are. Because I think that majority of men finds some slight definition of muscles attractive.

Asker+1 yI just wanted to know whether guys consider it a masculine thing to work out.
Opinion Owner+1 yNo, lots of women do. Sometimes even more than men. Some guys aren't into physical definition, depending on how much, but some are. That's the only thing there. But that's if that matters to you, if you just want to do it for yourself, by all means.
- +1 y
i mean how is actively making the choice to better yourself considered masculine or feminine? stop worrying about PC SJW bs and just let them work out. theyve worked up the courage to do so so let them do their thing.
I think they generally are in better shape, have a more positive mindset, and suffer less from depression.
