Slim fast or protein shakes occasionally.
NO BREAD, NO SODA, NO Chocolate...
My only weakness is coffee... Can I lose 30 pounds in 10 weeks?
Kill the fruit. Don't count calories, just count protein, you can have unlimited non-starchy vegetables. I'd need to know your size/activity level but lets say 100g/protein/day. That's quite a bit, but you need it. Make one protein serving low fat dairy.
Depending on your weight, you may need to spike carbs once a week or so.
What do you weight right now?
As to your goal, its a maybe, though be aware some of it will be water loss etc. on a low carb diet.
It's doable but that's at the high end. You can lose 3-4 pounds in the first few weeks but your metabolism will adjust and you'll hit a plateau. They key is not to get frustrated during those times and increase your exercise. You'll have to stick to it religiously to get 3 pounds a week for 10 weeks, no slacking off. 2 pounds a week is a much more practical goal.
Sure, my last girlfriend cut down to eating only one carrot a day, and at the end of a year she disappeared altogether!
thats funny!
mmm 10 weeks ya probably but exercise will help too. And you can drink coffee also that's fine. But I am sure you have heard this before sometimes dieting doesn't work it has to be a lifestyle change. Plus the more you workout the more you also get hungry ... (at least for me) but if you stick your mind to it you can loose the weight. I am on the same journey as you! goodluck!

The question is not if you'd make it or not, the question more is: will you be able to keep yourself healthy after those 10 weeks? And willpower might get you there in 10 weeks, but will power is not made for a way of life.
If you are really overweighted, you should consider doing it slow and healthy on a normal eating basis which doesn't push you to starvation in the next 10 weeks to end up eating more afterwards..
Doesnt sound impossible.
Are you already working out/exercising?
