This is a natural reaction for everybody.. don’t panic or have stress because your not the only one who have this issue.. this is mainly caused by not working out enough and not eating properly.. so when your body is comfortable with not working out or not eating the right foods this is what happens.. your mind will tell you to stop doing healthy things.. but don’t listen to it get your body use to these new healthy things.. for example: this is like drugs when you take cocaine this drug has adapted into your body.. which your body has now became comfortable with this route and this is where you now have a bad habit.. when you try to get off of this drug your body will want to crave more but you eating healthy and trying to get back on track.. that’s what your body is doing

Yes, keep working out hard for the next 3 weeks. You will start to feel your body change. You will get leaner and your muscles will be more defined. You will be stronger and have more energy. After you see results you will see that it is all worthwhile.
