I exercise and im started to eat healthy. I workout for 45/50 mins every day but I also try and walk around 10-20k a day too. I just use the bikes to exercise and nothing else.
Thank you for your time.
I dont think they appear from losing weight but they just might become more visible to you when losing the weight as you gained them by weight gain. They appear from rapid weight gain or anything that causes your skin to stretch too fast. Once you get them you can't get rid of them but you can make them fade a little but they fade by themselves from an almost redish color then turn white. You can take precautions to help prevent them by moisturizing your skin though.
Yeah its a biproduct just don't focus on them too much it takes time for skin to like retain its old size kinda why many people who lose weight cheat and get surgery.
Thank you for this! Youโre so nice. God bless xx
Stretch marks are from skin stretching as you gain weight. You can sometimes get "white stretch marks" from previously stretched skin but not the other ones.
Both rapidly losing and gaining weight can cause them.
Thank you for this information!! It really helped xxx
No problem ๐
Coconut oil is good for them. It can help in reducing them, but also prevent them. Don't be worried about them, it's completely normal and natural. I think every one of us have them ๐ค
Ur honestly the best!! Yes I was js concerned as I didnโt know losing weight causes them as well bc obviously im starting to lose it so I got confused ๐ thank you!! Ur such an angel xxxx
Yeah, every change in the body (weight loss, weight gain, growing) can cause them.
No problem ๐

Yes stretch marks are common if you are loosing fat and building muscle. If your ribs and stonach hurt, there might be an excercise you are doing wrong. Or it could be just swollen muscles. Take rest twice a week for proper recovery
Thank you!
Yes, it can cause stretch marks. However, there are lots of ways to mitigate that as you go and once you have lost the desired weight.
