2. I dont wanna feel depressed so i eat everything like a Buffalo, when working out i try to workout extra extra hard and the next day my whole body be paining i won't be able to move also so ill take a break for a few days which becomes a week. What to do?
3. And everytime i workout i get pimples on my back, yes i do take shower after working out, and no i dont wear the same sweaty clothes. Any tips on how to get rid of these pimples?
