Ladies, when you're on your period besides the daily shower how many times do you wash private areas?

I have a daily shower and depending on the flow, if its heavy ill wash separately on two other occasions on the day, morning and later afternoon

Aside a normal shower, every time I change a pad, which is roughly four hours. Just a refresh wipe with a couple sheets of wettened tp. You really shouldn’t over-clean yourself. The body is already doing that naturally.

I have a sprayer bidet so use it whenever I feel the need to clean up especially during my period
