Should I stay home from work if I have diarrhea and a sore shoulder?

I've been working at this job for a little over a month. I have 2 hours until my shift and I have diarrhea and a sore shoulder. I've been eating a lot of pizza roles over the past couple days so that could have caused my diarrhea but that doesn't explain the diarrhea. I was helping my brother hang a gutter yesterday and had to hold it for maybe 10 minutes but im not sure if that would cause the sore arm. My job consists of going to office buildings after hours and cleaning so there will be no one there, although tommarow at another office building there will be people around. I don't know what to do.

I’m not able to call in. So my opinion is to give it a go. If u have sick time then by all means.
