i work out at my house doing HIIT with jump ropes in my driveway 3 days a week for 20 minutes. every other day I do resistance instead with my suspension trainer. you're making good progress, don't let others get to you! you can do HIIT exercises in your own bedroom =) I've lost 115 lbs so far doing this. add/contact me for more info. I can help.
If you have any specific questions just message me, I used to work at a gym for a while, I picked up a few useful tricks. Zuzana is the best, cheap, time efficient, and personable.
Well I have the same goal as you, girlie, and let me tell you, I understand how it can be tough. BUT! Here are a few things that REALLY help me. Two summers ago all I did was cut back how much I was eating (to like 1400 cal) and I walked vigourously in my neighborhood, which has tons of steep hills, for 45 min, and I had dropped a jeans size in a month! But I totally understand how it can be daunting. Just remember that what you are doing is for you alone. Therefore, help yourself! Don't buy anything that you might snack on without thinking so that if you "loose control" one afternoon, you'll have less to choose from). Drinking lots of fluids helps too, and consider coffee without milk and tea too. Yum!
HOWEVER, the biggest thing for me is that you shouldn't forcus on a number. If you exercise more, you will gain muscle, which weighs more than fat. So even if you seem to be gaining at first, keep going! You have to gain muscle before you loose weight! Hope this helps (:

Try to eat smaller meals throughout the day, rather than eating 3 square meals. Make time to exercise. Park your car in the farthest away spot in the car park.
I was fat at one point, but now am borderline underweight. I ran, swam, and was a dancer. I became a vegetarian at the age of 13, and now at the age of 17 I am 5' 6" and 113 lb.
Being a vegetarian can help, if you eat the right things, NO JUNK FOOD. It ends up being cheaper, if you don't buy meat. Vegan is great too!
make more of your own food. Restaurants can be so unhealthy and there are more calories in their food.
Set small goals along the way. You can do it! Don't listen to other people. This is for YOU, your health.

I'm going to add PORTION CONTROL. Don't eat too much. If you do go out to eat, as awkward as this sounds, order off the kids menu or split with a friend. Stay away from buffets.
Treat yourself once in a while to some sweets, once a week, or something.
Yea that's crazy not exercising because your out of shape? How will you ever lose weight running really is the best thing to do and f*** people your losing weight for you not for people and 188 isn't like your so fat your being harder on itself than any stranger would be
First off, don't let others' judgment dictate your life (I like to believe society isn't that shallow) secondly, some cardio exercises you can do at home are jump rope, frog jumps, running in place,etc... anything that raises your heart rate and good luck I hope you reach your goal

Don't give up, most importantly.

Sit-ups are good also jogging on the spot for 5-10mins
Start low then increase the levels
Walking 5mins at a good pace burns you 25calories
walking 25mins is 131 calories Burned
Calorie count what your eating you will be surprised how much fat + calories some foods have and you wouldn't think they do
Ehhhh. Gaining weight and yet walking a lot?

If you are worried about people seeing you, bike trails are more secluded, but honestly don't put too much thought in what others think
I have no idea...but congrats on you weight loss and I hope you figure it out:) I'll be prayin!
you lost about 20 lbs in 2 months, you're doing well! keep doing whatever you're doing because it obviously is working. don't be so hard on yourself
Mental encouragement is always key, if you don't have a goal or someone to support you then you won't have a reason to lose weight!
try the hcg diet
