When I was in university I could lose 32 pounds in 42 days by doing keto but when I graduated, it would take over 2 months for me to lose 1 pound while doing the keto diet. I also find I get dehydrated from thinking in the same way that athletes get thirsty when they do physical work outs. I've read of chess champions who lose so much weight from thinking about chess competitions, they become categorically anorexic during the weeks preceding a chess competition. I believe thinking burns calories, as well as mental and emotional stress, which is why doctors and engineers and PhDs are always so slim, their high pressure jobs keep them skinny from mental and psychological labour.
The way they stay in shape is they don't do stupid fad diets like the keto diet.
The Keto diet is awful. Five of my friend have high cholesterol from doing the keto diet.
And I met a girl who told me her cholesterol was high, and I told her it was because you are eating the keto diet, and she said, "how did you know I was doing the keto diet." eat a planted based diet.
If you can't eat a plant-based diet, then eat wild-caught fish two times per week. But it should mostly be vegetables. I don't know why people don't lose weight. There is no way people are doing what they say they are doing and still not losing weight.
Most people are fat because they consume shitty animal-based foods all day, like meat, cheese, and dairy. Look up super cow and look at what the cow looks like. It is jacked up with hormones and antibiotics. You put that in your body daily with your Starbucks coffees and hot cocos. You need to be eating only plant-based foods.
You can eat a little bit of fish each week, but you mostly need to eat plant-based protein and food.
I am not recommending you do a green smoothie cleanse; I am just showing you what doing nothing and consuming vegetables can do for your body in a short period. Its just shows how easy losing weight actcally is.
Meaty and animal-based foods take three days to digest out of your body.
You digest the foods while you see so your body never gets proper sleep which slows your weight loss significantly

I'd say it''s bullshit. About 18 years ago, I was under great emotional stress and I GAINED 180 lbs.!! 3 years ago and most of the past 3 years, I've been under loads of emotional and almost mental stress and I've still not lost any of the weight I had since it started!! I can see how, if you don't eat during those times, it'd cause you to lose weight!
My GP is kind of chubby, but then again he doesn’t have a very stressful practice. But yeah I do notice how I always seem to lose a couple pounds around exam time.

Rather the opposite: stress makes the body accumulate fat, so it can face better the lack of regularity on sleeping and eating.
