resistance band, few weights (max. 5kg), ankle weights
If those are your only options.
Can you still gain muscle in place like booty and back? Can you also get hourglass body? Because of those only options
I’ve seen videos for butt exercises that use wooden chairs you have around the home. So yes, a lot of prop free or prop accessible work outs are possible for girls who want to avoid a gym. When I used to exercise at the gym, it was about the entertainment and socialization and boredom killing and not the weight loss. Exercise can be done anywhere.
Gaining muscle is exercising, but you need heavy weights for it. Do more body weight exercises if that is your only equipment. Loose fat is nutrition. Take appr 200-400 cal below your daily need (BMR x activity), not exercising.

You can do it but you are talking about needing to do mass cardio with it and go till you like can feel the sweat dripping to achieve the results. And mostly its going to be gaining tone. To do the swap properly you need to be slowly but steadily increasing your weights your using to exercising.
Only if when you 1 or 2 less repetitions than the max you can do, they are around 8 and 15.
Otherwise the exercise is too light or too heavy for you, and you need to do a different intensity.
Most likely that exercise you are proposing, for a person of your age, will work for a couple of months. But after that they will feel like nothing.
Maybe not with the bands, but you surely don't need to piss money away on a gym membership. When I went to the gym everyone was just talking. lol
Of course. People that pay for gym memberships are usually just throwing money away.
You’re not going to develop muscle using resistance bands that’s more for therapy after an injury balloon bands
