You'll be fine, take it from someone that has taken prescribed medicine from assumptions of certain conditions, never went to a doctor for a diagnose and I would still take medications that were prescriptions after diagnosing myself, I think you'll be fine.
Diagnosed in general? Nice to put a name to the issue but I largely didn't care. A label didn't help me, it didn't make my life easier, knowing something was wrong with me.

I stopped taking anti-depressants years ago. I found they only make it worse. I remember i got prescribed something once and i was laughing at random things for no reason. Those medication can make you crazy. Stay away from them!!! You don't wanna end up a psycho when your older. Instead, go exercise, find a hobby, take a walk, eat healthier, go travel the world and see things. Don't just sit at home and complain about your depression and anxiety.
