it happened yesterday as I went to work few hours without eating. But today I did eat before work and I only worked 4 hours & I felt nauseous & have strong pressure feeling in my head. I felt so nauseous that I felt sick & weak & that I was gunna vomit right that second. Why? I ate and still feel weird pressure in my head
I felt the same way except without feeling nauseous since the last two days. There are many reasons this happens. It could be migraine. Dehydration. Hyperacidity, etc. So, it's better to consult a doctor, eat light and rest as much as you can. Stay away from phone and any screen and also from light for a day or two if it's possible.
Pressure in the head could be caused by so many different things.
Anywhere from a sinus infection, to high altitudes.
That's why you need to have some test done at the doctor's. Whatever is causing it, you need to find out the cause as soon as possible.

Go to an urgent care or emergency room. It's important if you are having these symptoms like dizziness, nausea, vomiting, fever or blackout. Don't wait.
Get yourself checked for tumors, cancers, environmental poisoning and such.
Note down your last will, and pay the bills - specifically health care insurance.
