I usually eat sushi once a week.
I treat myself on a Friday when I'm working.
I go for sushi as it's better than McDonald's.
But recently people keep telling me if I want to lose weight, the sushi rice is full of sugar?
Is this true?
We have a popular sushi place in my country where you can watch them make it & I've never seen them put sugar in their rice.
I usually get a chicken or prawn sushi.
