I am Muslim and I have never eaten pork. Now I want to explore more and try new foods.
I almost vomited when I tried to eat it last time. But I know most of the first time eater. They are comfortable now.
I would say the reason is negative teachings about it like it is haram (forbidden), it is impure but I am not comfortable with some other Halal meats too (permissible) that I never eaten since childhood like Lambs, Camel, Lobsters etc.
So the reason is I have never tried it and only comfortable with those stuffs that I have been eating since childhood.
How would you help your foreign friends living in Europe get comfortable with Porks if they really want to try it.
Have you come across Muslims who do eat Porks?

A lot of Americans don't eat pork either. Think about it. They live in their own poop and eat that nasty stuff, then you eat them.
I quit eating pork! I wouldn't eat it if I were you.
I wouldn't eat pork as a muslim if you're still in that religion, but you can definitely try some lamb or chicken or something. Fried chicken is my personal favorite, you can't really go wrong with something fried. If you're not comfortable eating meat, start with lean meats before you go deep into the red meats like beef. Your body needs a moment to get used to it.
It's just that I don't wanna be controlled and try new things by exploring more options.
Okay, but if you still subscribe to your religion, I wouldn't break it. If you're that desperate to break the religious rules and try a pork chop or something then do that. You don't need the consent of strangers.
Bacon is the bomb
Tried bacon strips once. Thanks to the influence from one of my friend 🤣.
