Why do you think women in stats, evolved consistently shorter than men?

in 2000 we were still allowed to say "men", remember the old days?

of 20 year old women average 64.3 inches 5 feet 4.3 inches, (163 cm) the average is 5 inches difference, so some women, the taller from women 5,8 are taller than, the shorter men 5,4 but consistently the taller men are taller than the tallest women. probably natural muscle mass more too (unless exercise to build artificially.)

note: a few of each are abnormaly taller or abnormally shorter and can be divided by percentiles.

Yup. As a 5'10" woman with a 6'2" brother, 6'5" father, and 5'11" mom and sister, guess who has kids? Maybe it's in the Mitochondrial DNA. As many people (here) have stated, men prefer shorter/petite/small women, so that's what gets bred. Meanwhile, I've been treated my whole life like a lumberjack, and while some want to climb me like a tree, humanity has not left an impression on me that makes me want to procreate.

Out of the three of us, it's my brother who procreated—statistically, he inherited the least amount of height from our parents. And he did so with several short women. So he has distributed the shorter genetics in our abnormally tall family and the rest of us have not, and his selection in mate has likely impacted his children.

I don't know how tall the oldest is now at 18. Taller than her mother, but not as tall as my sister, mom and me.

That question has already been answered by science. The human being is a polygynous animal, that is, many females for a single male, therefore, the female has less libido than the male, therefore, the female will demand characteristics and resources from the male to agree to reproduce with him. In promiscuous species such as the chimpanzee, there is no sexual dimorphism.
