How can I make my mother change lifestyle habits? She also said jogging is bad?

I used to be overweight 64 kgs at 5'3" and I lost weight due to fasting and jogging. And people noticed I lost a lot of weight (now 51 kgs at 5'3") and my aunt told me I look thinner than I used to I mentioned it to my 68 y. o mom and she replied that jogging is bad because I look very thin now and I dont have butt now. I respond to her that I lost weight because I was fasting and jogging and that I really wanted to lose weight jogging is not bad what you're doing is bad because you're laying on bed all day using cellphone (yup my mom lay on bed all day she just get up to urinate/poop and eat but after that she just lay to again and use phone she's very addicted) I said whats she's doing is far more dangerous that what I did because she will be more prone to diabetes and colon cancer ( my neighbor died from colon cancer and I used to tell my mom that exercising can lower the risk of getting it by exercising still she won't exercise and still use phone all day) she looks very old now and I suggested to her that if she wanted for her crushes on internet to like her she should be exercising to have good figure.(my mom is chatting young men and have edited pictures of herself being young there on social media which I think its weird she doesn't pose current pic of herself like how she looks like now) Heck even brushing teeth and taking a bath is hard for her to do. I suggested her to fast and exercise for her to have a good body and be healthy away from diabeted and colon cancer but she still doing her daily laying in bed
