Wellllll, I have the a similar problem. Here is what I do:
1) Eat MUCHHH healthier and less. Like vegetables give no weight and protein is very good, it helped me a lottttttt, I lost a lot in a week. And you'll get used to it and be fine :D
2) go gym! Once you have visited a few times, you will realize that your clothes will be getting big for you and you've lost weight so quickly :O D:
3) DONT have snacks, like in between food, like for example, having breakfast then a packet of crisps in between and that - JUST DONT DO IT. Trust me, just eat some fruit instead.
4) Suck lemons! LOL. They're really healthy and burn your fat ! :D
5) Instead of drinking fizzy drinks and that, drink waterrrrrr:D Its good for your skin and completely natural :D

You need to find a personal coach who can guide you through and educate you on what's right or wrong. Since you're young this is very new to you and little tid bits of advice aren't enough. You gotta indulge in health and embrace change as a lifestyle.
Here are two channels I highely recommend. Watch their older stuff and work your way up. Scooby gives you better advice on nutrition and Mike Chang might be a little more motivational.

A moderate rate of weight loss would be a pound a week, aggressive plans move faster then that, if you are quite overweight (which I think you are though I can't remember how much a stone is exactly) you should be aiming for a pound a week.
Lets assume for now you're doing loads of exercise.

Eat enough in the morning, but don't eat much in the evening.
Do you work out at a gym or do cardio?
While dieting ( I do this once a year ), I work out 90 minutes every day + 1 hour cardio.
If you do that and eat healthy ( no fat at all ), you will notice the change very fast.
Search for a light diet that looks like you can do it for 8 weeks without suffer too much and do it.
The most important thing to judge your development is not the scale but the mirror.
