if anyone knows a good diet that would be great as well.
thanks a bunch
I don't know any particular diet to stick to, but there are a few general rules that are good to stick to. Try to avoid red meat as much as possible, stick with leaner white meats like chicken. Drink a lot of water, and eat a lot of raw food (fruits, vegetables, nuts). It's important to get a lot of protein, which will help your workouts be more effective. The chicken and nuts help a lot with that, or you can buy a supplement to make protein shakes. Whichever "diet" you choose to follow, it's important to remember to eat many meals a day, in smaller amounts. Try to be sure not to overeat at meals, and have small healthy snacks in between every meal.
As for the workout, a quick investment in a few weights can go a long way. Head to Dick's Sporting Goods or Sports Authority and you can get them for a reasonable price. It's a good investment. Take your time selecting the weight. Make sure it's a weight that you can actually curl or bench press, but don't get it too light. You want to challenge yourself; that's how you'll end up building muscle. It may be good to get a heavier pair for chest presses and a slightly lighter pair for curls and tricep lifts.
With the weights, you can do tons of different exercises that work just about everything. Arms, back, abs, and legs can all be worked out like that. Some of the basics are obviously curls, but also chest presses, tricep curls, lunges, fly lifts, etc. There are a lot of coordinated workouts already online. You can google them or check menshealth.com.
this is it, a lifestyle, not a diet.
6 SMALL meals per day (*eat every 2.5-3hrs) and LOTS of water. make sure your meals consist of protien, carbs ad veggies (load up on veggies) and don't forget the cardio mixed in with wht ur doing.
lastly, have a "cheat day" at the end of the week to celebrate all your hard work, this way not only will you NOT fall off the wagon, you won't drive yourself nuts!

the easyest way to do all that is do push ups, but with a twist.
do a handstand against a wall or door. and do them so that you are compleatly upsidedown.
it works really really fast, you'll start to see results in about a week and really start to see them after about 2
