Many questions for you:
1. do you have any bumps? or red marks?
2. any markings at all? what do they look like? Be specific.
3. have you changed soaps, detergents?
4. are you taking any new medications?
5. have you worn any new clothes, underware w/out washing them?
6. been in any motels/hotels?
7. any new chemicals at work?
8. This one is important & gross, been around anyone with scabbies?
You should see your doctor. Chances are you have a dermatitis, dry skin condition. You need some Rx meds.

Wasn't your foot really itchy recently, too? Uh oh, maybe it's spreading. :O
But seriously, your best option is to use lotion and STOP SCRATCHING IT. It'll only make it worse. :P
Oh, and go to a doctor, lol, because all that itching isn't normal. :P
Do you see any medical signs on the surface? Any bumps, lesions, red patch with a ring around it, anything like that? Without info like that I wouldn't even take a guess at a diagnosis.
If you are seeing no signs of anything, it might have to do with the bath soup you use or your laundry detergent. Try switching to different soaps. If you do have other signs I might be able to guess at it. Things like fungal infections come to mind.
It's a fungal infection. The more you scratch, the more it spreads.
Use alcoholic wipes. Wear clean clothes and wash your bedsheets. If you rub the area down twice a day, the itching and redness should subside.

Try aloe vera gel. As strange as it sounds, also try rubbing alcohol. I've found that it ends up helping with random itchy dry spots that pop up once in awhile. I don't know if it's something on the skin and the alcohol does something to it or what. That one isn't 100% a sure thing, but the aloe vera gel will definitely help soothe.
Maybe you are allergic to something now. People develop allergies. Also, sometimes it just happens.
I am not trying to be an ass, but when was the last time you showered?Show me where it itches.
I'll scratch it for you.
No, wait. I'm not your type. Sorry.
Never mind. You mightve gotten bitten by a mosquito, put some rubbing alcohol on it.
we're not doctorrrssssss... seriously, though. don't speculate.
sometimes sweat can make you itchy like that, or an allergic reaction to something.
Some people are alergic to food, like seafood or eggs, but I'm not sure if you are.Maybe you can see the doctor before it turn worst. The cream probably make it less itchy but not 100% get rid of it.
probably should go to a doctor for some ointment cream or something so it doesn't get worst.
WTF Kain. lol Go to the doctor. Letting something persist for a month isn't good.
do you have bed bugs that might be biting?
