The only way to lose weight is to stick to it. Whether it's dieting or exercising regularly, the consistency is what gives you results. Don't go into it trying to lose 10 pounds in a week. It's a process. Just think about what you desire to be and keep it in your head the next time you say 'I don't feel like doing this '... Hope that helps :)

you have to be more motivated than this in order to lose weight.
