Easy, join a gym, and get a personal trainer to take yo uthrough the ropes, stick with his programme for 4 weeks, and you will have what you desire, on days off from the gym walk about 5 miles a day, but fast walk, where your breathing is effected, otherwise it is pointless, when your home, do 10 sit ups and 10 leg raises, then rest for 24 hours, then back to the gym, don't do the same exercises in the same routine, mix them around, this will maximise your weightloss and speed up the toning process, on your last week, buy a cutting agent supplement, predator protein on face book will shelf these supplements, hey presto, its Christmas and you look stunning,x

High intensity cardio with short breaks in between each set.
You don't need weights or machines to do it either. The key is you want to burn yourself out to the point you just can't go on any further. Short breaks help lengthen this fat burning process without having to climb up the hill every single time.
5 # by Christmas? No problem at all! Geez!
Breakfast: yogurt with fresh fruit, banana or strawberries, blueberries; coffee or juice
Lunch: veggie soup and an apple and simple salad with low fat dressing; water or tea
snach: carrots &/or nuts
supper: fish, chicken (palm sized, baked or grilled),veggies (steamed or stirred fried with no - little oil) & a simple salad. dessert: fat free pudding.
change it up: sub in a big chef salad with hard boiled egg & grilled chicken &/or canadian bacon. (no croutons) for lunch or supper.
And walk 30 - 40 min a day. Heck! You'll lose 10 #s & have a flat tummy.
Since its such a small amount of weight, there really are only the basics: 1) lessen your caloric intake by a few hundred calories (but try to split your meals up so that you aren't going long periods of time without food). 2) DO NOT starve yourself. You aren't going to get anywhere. 3) Lessen carbs, as its a fact that people who carry weight in their stomach rather than hips/thighs need to lessen carbs. 3) Do several 15 minute AB sessions (get a DVD if necessary) that concentrates on all areas of the stomach - as there isn't just one, more like 4 (upper, lower, middle and obligues). Hope that helps.
