Drink some water, but in sips. Don't drink too quickly, but still your drinking of fluids pretty much needs to be constant. Eat some chicken soup, and soda crackers, to keep up your energy, but don't add any salt or pepper or anything fancy to it. It needs to be kinda bland, otherwise it's harder digest. You kinda need to do all this to keep going.
If it's particularly bad go to a doctor. Maybe get something to detox. Other than what I mentioned here, I think the only thing you can do is ride it out until you're better, and that could be overnight or even take about 3 days.

If not, it will usually pass within a day. You'll feel sick though, you just have to ride through it.

Drink lots of water. Eat plain foods like plain rice, bread, and bananas. Avoid spicy foods and dairy products. Pepto Bismol is your friend. Imodium is good if it's really bad.
