Run. It's free to run on the sidewalk, street or park. Your heart is way more important to keep physically fit than your biceps. Look at Arnold Schwarzenegger, the epitome of physical fitness and he had to have open heart surgery. Other do incline push ups (put your feet on a bed) and pull ups on a door.

A great total body cardiovascular work out that only takes a couple minutes are M-100's. It's a series of squats thrusts, mountain climbers and squat jumps that never get easier, you only do it faster, so your work out gets a good burn.

Sit ups, push ups. Maybe some weights if you have.
Take a walk outside, or a jog.Push ups, pull ups, lunges, squats, jump rope and a lot more.
