Cardio = Anything that gets your heart rate up, from jumping up and down, to jogging/running/ skip hop, jump rope, dancing, etc.
Running will build up strength in your legs and tones up most of your lower body. You can do squats to build more toned up thighs.
Arms, push ups, light dumb bell curls,etc.
Stomach - Sit ups, crunches, Leg lifts,torso twists,bicycle obliques,etc

My teacher was telling me that my main focus should be cardio because you can't spot reduce( target certain areas) and to include a little weight training. when doing cardio your body will automatically take fat off places it feels is right.
