If you eat chocolate...eat dark chocolate.
Just like EVERYTHING...moderation. You can have a cupcake, or a serving of ice cream, or a slice of cheesecake, or a Snickers bar with a YooHoo [ my personal favorite splurge :) ].
Or...go for a bowl of cereal. A sugarly indulgent one like Fruity Pebbles. If you eat it with skim milk, it's actually not a TERRIBLE thing to eat.
Plus...Fruity Pebbles will have more vitamins than a cupcake or a slice of cheesecake lol. :)

Peanut butter and jelly do it for me. It's got the nutty flavor and sweetness that my tongue craves, and it keeps me from wanting candy. I am a huge fan of chocolate yet I haven't craved any.
Try natural peanut butter (not the popular brand names that have hydrogenated oils) and strawberry jelly. Whole grain wheat bread works fine for a sandwich.
Make a protein smoothie with a scoop of chocolate whey powder, 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter or almond butter, a container of greek yogurt, a banana, a little bit of water and some ice. It's so good :). Trust me. Make sure you get the natural peanut butter or almond butter that is grainy and needs to be stirred. It adds a better texture to your smoothie. If you want less calories, then you can make half.
The way I see it, you can have a mediocre treat every day, or one awesome treat once a week. You're choice.
