I have TKD training three times a week for an hour to and hour and a half each time. TKD is a combination of cardio (sparring, self defense throwing and fighting) and strength (repetitive kicking and punching).
Once I week I take an intermediate level yoga class for an hour and a half. That's pretty much all strength.
Once a week I have a class called core bootcamp for an hour that is a mixture of cardio and strength and focuses mostly on core body muscles.
Is there anything else I should be doing? I'm kind of under the impression I need some more cardio if I want to lose my tummy fat. Should I go jogging as well?
