As things stand, I literally do not have the money to join a gym (Which is in the next town over). Because I don't really have a job, nor a car.
I've read a lot of men's health magazines, and I can make a diet but I don't think its help when I don't have much exercising I can do.
I can go jogging/running, which I'm currently doing to get better endurance overall. Trying to do it for 30 minutes every other day (Mon/Wed/Fri). I have dumbbells, and I've found a site that lists out supposed "workouts" to help.

Now I'm trying to build a workout that adds to this by using some of the workouts I've seen in the magazines but while I'm trying to find a balance. I'm curious, does anyone have a better plan for what I'm trying to achieve (Question title).
