Can skin ever be too smooth?

I started using this lotion that gives me the perfect smooth glowing body.Problem is that my oily face never runs out of pimplets and the contrast with the rest of my body makes me uncomfortable.Should I just give in to some roughness for my body or would that be lowering it's (sex)appeal?

It's Nivea nourishing milk (Dry skin).I don't apply it on for obvious reason.I just haven't found one that works for my oily face but I've observed that drinking plenty of water is definitely bettering my face.still my body looks way better.

So wait, you're using the lotion on your face and its causing problems? Just stop using it on your face. Your face/body don't need to match in smoothness. Normally you don't put body lotion on your face. You use a special facial lotion for that or it will cause problems.

No need to make yourself less attractive so everything matches lol. What lotion do ou use my skin needs some bdly

Keep using the lotion, but try to treat the pimples on your face and use blotters and stuff throughout the day to absorb some of the oils. If you take good care of your face as well as use your body lotion then you should be doing great.
