Here's my personal protein shake - tell me how is it??

250ml Milk

1 Banana

3 Raw egg whites

1 Raw egg Yolk

25 gms Peanuts/3 tbs Peanut butter

0.25 cup of fresh Blueberries

mix them all in a blender and here's your power drink

(note:i don't take protein supplements I believe in being natural hence this drink ...n its totally natural I have tried to add some carbs via fruits and good fats by peanuts)
